Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
The Service integrates with third-party brokerage platforms. Your use of such services is governed by your agreement with the applicable brokerage firm.
By using the Service you assume all risks associated with automated options trading, including total loss of capital.
The Service may transmit electronic notifications. Message & Data Rates May Apply.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Brokerage API credentials are encrypted at rest.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or $50.00 USD.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service from any claims arising from your use.
Disputes resolved through 30-day good-faith negotiation. You waive any right to class action.
Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Legal proceedings in Muscogee County, Georgia.
The Service reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
